Class Level Description
I
Perfect for those who are new to yoga, as well as those who are looking to refocus on correct posture. The focus of these classes is on the fundamentals and foundations of yoga asanas (poses). These classes are in-depth and instructional with emphasis on connecting the breath with the posture. The instructor will actively monitor and adjust the practitioner to ensure correct body alignment in each pose. Variations of poses will be demonstrated; from basic to more advanced.

Classes are geared towards the intermediate level student who has a strong foundational understanding of the asanas. Fundamentals are emphasized with additional concentration on advanced poses and more difficult variations of asanas. Some more advance poses and variations on poses will be introduced. These classes will help build strength, tone the body, and increase flexibility.

The focus of these classes is on reaching new levels in your yoga practice. These classes are for the intermediate and advanced yogis and yoginis. Classes are geared towards more advanced poses with emphasis on deepening your practice. These classes will work towards building a body-mind connection; strengthening the body while bringing peace to the mind.
