Hatha Flow – I & II
This class will focus on utilizing classic yoga postures in a dynamic flow of movement to fully obtain all the possible advantages of the yoga practice. There will be use of hands-on alignment techniques to guide students completely and safely into the poses, linking movement with breath, and creating sequences that will improve your mind, body, and spirit. As breath awareness is one of the most important parts of any yoga practice, the aim will be to keep the breath the focal point of each class. This class will be a reminder for all students to learn to live each day to its fullest potential.
