Preparing for Class
Please arrive on time
Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. First-timers please allow at least 10 minutes to register. Late comers may be asked to wait until after the opening meditation before entering the class.

Please remove your shoes
Before walking into the yoga room, please remove your shoes in the reception area, and walk them to the back of the yoga room. Behind the curtain there is a cubby area to place your shoes and other belongings.
What to wear
Most clients wear comfortable gym clothing. Feel free to wear something that will be comfortable for stretching and working out.
Eating recommendations
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class. Do not eat 2 hours before class. Ideally you want to have an empty stomach during yoga practice. After class is a great time to drink more water.

Yoga Mats
Bring a yoga mat. You can rent a mat for one dollar, $1. Your mat is an important tool and a symbol of commitment to your practice. Take care of your mat and wash it with hot soapy water as needed.

Complimentary Hand Towels
We provide complimentary cloth hand towels at every class. You may want to bring a large towel for your mat.
Changing Rooms and Bathroom
We have two changing rooms and bathroom if you need to change before or after class.
