Relaxing Flow
In this class one posture prepares you for the next creating a sequence that allows you to feel steady and at ease in each posture. Modifications, variations and hands on adjustments are given for all levels. Students will be encouraged to challenge themselves physically while keeping their minds clear and focused as well as maintaining a slow & steady breath pace. This sequence moves slower than your average vinyasa flow class allowing you time to pause in the stillness of the space between the breath which allows you to have more awareness as you flow through & hold the postures.
