Vinyasa Flow – I & II
This class will begin with sun salutations in order to create heat in the body and then will incorporate long holds to build strength, focus, and flexibility. Students will learn to better emphasize the breath in their practices, which leads to a deeper experience of each pose. More difficult postures will also be included to challenge yogi/nis to stay in the present moment and to attempt something new. This class aims to bring together body, mind, and spirit.
