This class is a perfect way to end the day! The sequences in this class focus on creating peace, relaxation, and a wonderful night’s sleep. Students who are new to yoga will feel comfortable in this class because we move at a slow pace and work at deepening the breath and discovering correct alignment. A few restorative postures will be incorporated into this class so that you will feel calm and balanced and ready to face your week.
