Flow – I & II
For those students who have developed a degree of balance, flexibility, strength and endurance; and are seeking to challenge their bodies and minds. This class focuses on refining your basic postures such as Triangle, Warriors I and II; and adding more vigorous poses to your sun salutations. Students will be guided into expanding their repertoire of forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions. Of course, breathing, mindfulness and laughter are always encouraged.
