This class is fast-paced and fun – get ready to rock out to some lively music while working up a sweat. Postures will be challenging and will be creatively linked together so that your mind will stay focused as your breath deepens. You will leave feeling invigorated and uplifted, whether the class centers around inversions, backbends, or perhaps corework. This class is for more advanced students.
