Kathi found yoga about 14 years ago at the local gym and fell in love after her first Savasana. Trained at Yogaworks, her class is focused on alignment, lots of core work and blissful moments of silence in a safe and playful environment. She enjoys sharing her own experiences and guiding students to their inner self and their own light that shines from within. She LOVES music so you might find yourself tapping your foot to the beat while holding your Downdog or humming a familiar tune in your Warrior 2. Come to her class to brighten up your spirit and shake off your busy day.
